How much does a parking permit cost?
The price for a reserved space in one of the city permit only lots is $7.50 per month for residential and $15 per month for business. 

When is payment due?
Payment is due on the first of the month.  If we do not receive payment by the fifth of the month, your space will be sold to another party.  We do request you bring exact change if possible.

Can I pay for more than one month at a time?
Yes, you may pay monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual.

What if someone is in my space?
If you find an unauthorized vehicle in your parking space, please telephone our dispatch center at 740-1105.  Tell them the lot and space number as well as a description and/or license plate number of the unauthorized vehicle.  You may park on the street and I will notify you when your space is available.

Do I have to display the permit in my vehicle?
Yes.  Please notify Parking Enforcement if you will be sharing your space and the license plate of those authorized vehicles.

When will a space become available in Lot C?
You may place your name and phone number on a waiting list for this lot.  We are unable to say how long this will take.  As soon as a space becomes available and your name comes up next on the list, we will notify you at the phone number you provided.
