Registration Information:

1. Send check payable to the Chehalis Parks & Recreation , ASA team roster signed by an ASA official, and a travel permit if traveling from a Metro area with the registration form below to: Chehalis Parks & Recreation1321 S Market Blvd. Chehalis WA 98532

2. Payment is due two weeks prior to the tournament. Teams will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis according to when payment is received.

3. Teams will be mailed a tournament schedule after the draw to be held on or before the Wednesday prior to the tournament. Coaches may phone for their game times after that date, if they prefer.

4. Tournament format - 4 game guarantee. Awards: 1^st - 4^th place trophies (based on a full field of teams) 1^st place individual t-shirt

Sportsmanship/Hustle Pins - awarded for each round robin game on Saturday.
