Users of the Scout Lodge are responsible for all damages that may occur during the use of the building. If the facility is damaged prior to your arrival, and it is after work hours, please call the Chehalis Community Services at 748-0271 and leave a message on the answer machine. Please call the police if it is very evident someone has done vandalism.
The city of Chehalis is not responsible for lost or damaged articles.
Keys will be assigned to leaders and unless specifically requested, only one key will be assigned to each group.
Club meeting requests shall be submitted in writing to the City of Chehalis for approval 15 days in advance of your function. All requests should outline the troop name, leader, address, telephone number, dates, and times for requested use.
