- In Person: Stop by the Chehalis Recreation office at 1321 S. Market Blvd.
- By Mail: Mail in registration fee along with the registration form to: City of Chehalis, 1321 S Market Blvd. Chehalis, WA 98532
- On Site: Programs that do not have a pre-registration deadline will accept on site registration with an additional $5.00 fee.
All classes have minimum/maximum enrollment numbers to ensure a quality experience for all participants. Mail-in registration forms received after the maximum enrollment has been reached will be returned.

The City of Chehalis requires that a release of liability form be completed for each participant in its Parks and Recreation programs. This is included on the registration form and must be completed prior to participating in a program.

POLICY:

- Class sizes are limited and filled on a first-come, first- served basis.
- Classes may be cancelled (or combined) due to low enrollment.
- For classes requiring an enrollment fee, the fee must be paid prior to your name being placed on the class roster.

REFUNDS:

- If a class is canceled, your registration fee will be refunded in full.
- Must have a medical reason for canceling after the first day to receive a full refund.
- There is a two-week turnaround for refunds.

- State Law requires all players and parents to read and sign a Concussion Information Sheet when participating in one of our programs. Absolutely NO registrations will be accepted without a signed Concussion Sheet and registration for each class.
