The men and women of the Chehalis Fire Department are proud to serve our City and assist our neighbor communities in times of need.  We truly subscribe to our motto “Dedicated to Serving You Since 1893.”

Our Prevention Division of experienced fire and life safety experts are committed to proactive community risk reduction (fire and life safety) through experience, education and enforcement.  Our Operations Division of dedicated professional firefighters and EMTs are a full service fire, emergency medical, and disaster response team.  Through this joint effort of prevention and emergency response, our career and reserve men and women are committed to protecting our citizens, our visitors and our properties at risk.

The fire service is proud of its history.  We respect and learn from our past and those who have served before us as we prepare for the future in service to our community.
